Engineers working in the commercial construction industry face a myriad of challenges that can keep them up at night.  Of those many challenges, consulting on pollution issues can be one of the trickiest. As lawsuits involving pollution can be expensive to defend and bring the potential for significant judgements, engineers need to maintain a professional liability policy that contains pollution coverage.
