In Oregon, construction contracts are subject to a wide variety of legal requirements, many of which are often ignored or, in some cases, violated with disastrous results. Following link will provide a summary of issues that project owners and contractors should consider when preparing to contract for commercial construction in Oregon. This summary does not address all aspects of each particular issue, and other concerns may arise depending on the circumstances of a particular project.
